Machine Sharpened Rotary Dies
Our machine-sharpened, hardened rotary dies are built to last and created to withstand abrasion, tight tolerances, and long-run applications. In fact, Wilson Manufacturing was the first tooling company to create machine-sharpened rotary dies. Until 1999, die blades had to be sharpened by hand.
Why machine-sharpened? These dies have more consistent, accurate, and productive results than their traditional hand-sharpened counterparts, as well as the ability to achieve tighter tolerances and better turnaround time during initial production. Learn how rotary die cutting works, pair your dies with precision anvil rolls, and restore worn tooling with our die refurbishing service.
