Flexible Sheet Dies – Adjustable

Wilson's adjustable flexible sheet dies cut a wide range of films and papers with a single die. Tooled with a universal blade angle and designed to pair with an adjustable anvil roll, they let you switch materials without switching tools. Note: this die cannot be used with a standard anvil.

Need a different die? Wilson makes a full line of flexible sheet dies for paper, film, and thermal applications.

One die for multiple materials

Its universal blade angle lets the adjustable die cut most films and papers without changing tools between jobs. It is available with Extended Life coating for long runs and can be finished with nonstick Die Slide, or Die Slide FS for food-safe applications.

Wilson's full flexible die line

Every material cuts differently, so we offer a die for each:

For very long runs or abrasive substrates, consider a solid machine sharpened rotary die.

Your magnetic cylinder matters as much as the die

If you run flexible dies, your mag roll is as important as the sheet. Worn cylinders cause cutting issues, so pair your die with a Wilson magnetic cylinder and use our mag roll audits to keep results dialed in.
