Removable Blade Sheeters & Perforators
Wilson removable blade sheeters and perforators give converters true versatility for every sheeting and perforating job on a rotary press. Each tool is precisely machined, so blade shimming is never necessary to produce a clean cut, and tools can be made with multiple slots so one rotary sheeter or perforator serves several repeat requirements. Standard slot depths are .250”, .918”, and .937”, and every slot accepts either sheeter blades or perforating blades, making it simple to switch between full cut-off and perforation. Standard perf blades are 8, 10, 12, and 50 teeth per inch, and non-standard perforation blades are available on a per-order basis. Run your sheeter against a Wilson anvil roll for consistent blade contact and long tool life, and pair it with our adjustable lineal & EDP tools when the job also calls for scoring, slitting, or edge trimming.
