Magnetic Cylinders

Wilson magnetic cylinders, also known as mag rolls, are available for all types of label presses and converting machinery, and every cylinder is CNC-machined for accuracy and consistency from one job to the next. Each cylinder is fitted with ceramic and rare earth magnets that hold a flexible die securely to the roll, keeping the leading and trailing edges locked in place through high-speed rotary die cutting. Choose the Standard cylinder for dependable everyday performance, the Premium cylinder for added durability on demanding runs, or an Air Eject configuration for cleaner part removal. Paired with Wilson flexible sheet dies, a properly built and maintained magnetic cylinder is central to precise, repeatable cuts and long tool life on your converting line.
