New Enhancements to the Wilson Online Customer Portal

We first rolled out our online customer portal years ago to bring you the best visibility of any precision rotary tooling manufacturer out there, and we’re excited to announce that we’ve made several improvements to the interface to support you even better. These improvements cover your entire experience with us, from quotation, to ordering, to shipping, to reordering. Here’s a quick overview of the features you’ll enjoy with our new, enhanced system.


You can easily generate your quote online and receive your price instantly for all of your  flexographic tooling. You’ll also be able to estimate your shipping charges depending on your order size and delivery speed. Quotes for special shapes are returned quickly—usually within minutes!


Place a new order or easily reorder your dies (both for standard and special shapes) and accessories from previous jobs. You’ll also be able to select your preferred shipping date so your dies arrive just when you need them—we always do our best to accommodate rush orders. In case you need to cancel an order, you can do that with just a few clicks from the portal interface. 


Need to check on a job that’s already in progress? From the customer portal, you can access your tooling’s production status, and track your shipments…all without ever having to pick up the phone or send an email. 

Easy Communication

We’ve always made it a priority to make communicating with us as easy for our customers as possible. Whether that’s responding to emails quickly or having a real person always answer the phone, we know that it’s important to be able to reach us when you need us. The new enhancements to our portal help save you time and get connected with our team. You can request a dieline, submit files, and access your invoices all from our platform. We have even installed an online chat forum to improve your experience.
