D\u00e9jenos saber qu\u00e9 piensa de ellas.<\/p>\n<h2>Rebaje del cilindro magn\u00e9tico: algunas consideraciones clave<\/h2>\n<p>Antes de pedir su pr\u00f3ximo cilindro magn\u00e9tico, aseg\u00farese de prestar atenci\u00f3n al rebaje. Aqu\u00ed hay algunos puntos t\u00e9cnicos que puede considerar.<\/p>\n<h2>Determinando el rebaje<\/h2>\n<p>El rebaje de su cilindro magn\u00e9tico es la diferencia entre el cuerpo y las pistas del cilindro, generalmente descrita como el radio o di\u00e1metro. Por lo general, el rebaje tiene un radio de 0.019\u2033 (480 micrones) o un di\u00e1metro de 0.038\u2033 (960 micrones). Sin embargo, se puede hacer entre 0.019\u2033 y 0.030\u2033, por lo que es importante determinar sus medidas en funci\u00f3n de los materiales que cortar\u00e1 con sus herramientas flexibles (magn\u00e9ticas).<\/p>\n<p>Para determinar el rebaje que mejor se adapte a su prop\u00f3sito, primero debe definir el material que va a cortar y el di\u00e1metro del cilindro que va a comprar.<\/p>\n<h2>El grosor es importante<\/h2>\n<p>El grosor total del material (cara y respaldo) debe ser un 0.009\u2033 menos que el rebaje del cilindro. Por ejemplo, si tiene un cilindro con rebaje de 0.019\u2033, el material m\u00e1s grueso que puede cortar ser\u00eda de 0.010\u2033 de grosor. Esto permite una base o piso de .006\u2033 con un espacio libre de .003\u2033 entre el material y el piso de la l\u00e1mina. Es importante dejar este espacio libre para asegurarse de no frotar el material o la tinta en el piso de la herramienta. Por lo tanto, cuanto m\u00e1s grueso sea el material que est\u00e9 cortando; mayor debe ser el rebaje.<\/p>\n<h2>Factores limitantes<\/h2>\n<p>Hay, sin embargo, un factor limitante en rebajes m\u00e1s grandes. Su herramienta flexible (magn\u00e9tica) debe envolverse alrededor del cilindro, as\u00ed que entre m\u00e1s rebaje tenga m\u00e1s gruesa la herramienta. Esto hace que sea m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil envolver el cilindro.
