OFFICIAL RULES 

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. 

Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules.

1. ENTRIES

You may enter the drawing in person at Wilson Manufacturing’s booth (#1229) at the 2012 Label Expo in Chicago (September 11-12). All entries must be received before 5:30 p.m. CST, Wednesday, September 12, 2012. Only one entry per person, is permitted. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

The drawing is sponsored by Wilson Manufacturing (the “Sponsor”). Employees or agents of the Sponsor and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotional agencies, providers, suppliers and the members of their immediate families or those persons living in the same household of such individuals are ineligible to enter or win. All Federal, state and local rules and regulations apply. Void in Puerto Rico, all U.S. territories and possessions and where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. WINNERS

Winner will be determined by random drawing, via automated or mechanical process, from all eligible entries received, to be held Wednesday evening, Sept. 12, 2012 at the Chicago Label Expo.  All decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by e-mail or U.S. mail within 15 days of the drawing. Winner will have 10 days from notification to accept the prize by e-mail to [wadef@wilsonmfg.com] or by U.S. mail to Wilson Manufacturing iPad Give-away, Wilson Manufacturing, 4725 Green Park Rd. St. Louis, Missouri 63123. The Sponsor is not responsible for and shall not be liable for any late, lost, or misdirected notification, or for winner's unsuccessful efforts to claim any prize.

Winner may be required to sign and return a release of liability, declaration of eligibility, and where lawful, a publicity consent agreement, all within 10 days of acknowledged notification. By accepting and/or using prize, the winner agrees to the use of his/her name, voice and/or likeness for the purpose of advertising, trade, or promotion without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. If a selected

winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize, or fails to timely return the completed and executed declaration and releases as required, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected.

5. PRIZE/ODDS 

Sponsor will award one (1) Apple iPad (Approximate Retail Value: $500). Sponsor will determine specific prize components in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Winner is responsible for all taxes on prizes and expenses, including, without limitation, federal, state and local sales, and income taxes, luxury taxes and any other costs incurred in claiming or using the prize. Unclaimed prizes may not be awarded. No prize substitutions or cash equivalent of prize is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion, and then only for a prize of equal or greater value. Prize will be delivered to winner’s residence listed on the entry form.

6. GENERAL

Drawing is subject to applicable federal, state and local laws. Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the judges, which are final and binding in all respects. By entering this Drawing, entrants expressly acknowledge that these Official Rules have been drafted in the English language, and that any translation prepared for any reason will be of no legal effect and the English version of these Official Rules shall govern any dispute. By participating, contestant releases Sponsor, Wilson Manufacturing, and their respective agencies and their directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability for any injury, death, loss, tax liability or damage of any kind arising from contestant’s participation in this drawing, or resulting from entrant’s acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for late, delayed, incomplete, delayed, destroyed, garbled, or incomplete entries. 

7. WINNER’S LIST
